- Be reliable
- Communicate with your supervisor
- Inform our Volunteer Coordinator, Lisa, of changes to availability or commitment
- Abide by the NLOM code of conduct
- Show enthusiasm and support for NLOM
- Treat and respect sensitive material with confidentiality
