If you are organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sharing the mission of NLOM, we’d love to have you join our fundraising team as the Annual Fund Officer!

Summer Ministry Team

NLOM’s Summer Ministry Team is comprised of young leaders who are at the heart of making summer camp run. Members of this team obtain skills that are transferable to multiple careers, gain a supportive community and network, and make a real difference to the youth and families they serve at camp. And, let’s be honest, it’s tons of fun working at camp! 

Summer Ministry Team members have strengths in leadership, communication, hospitality, and teamwork. Being a member of our summer staff is not easy; it’s a lot of hard work. We are looking for a hard-working, energetic team member to join our year-round team as a host.

The Host does everything possible to ensure that each group that comes to Carol Joy Holling Center has all it needs to accomplish its goals while on-site, including setting up its space, greeting guests, and providing assistance during its stay. Hosts are hired because of their serving hearts and extraordinary attitudes.
