Jason Gerdes
Executive Director
As executive director, Jason has lead the camp for five years. Prior to this role, Jason was the Director of Development at NLOM. His passion for camp is catching and under his leadership camp will continue to grow and show Faith: Alive.
Korey Breutzmann
Director of Programs
As Director of Programs, Korey leads our programs teams as they facilitate programming that is impactful and fun for all campers. From young children to adults, this programming has shown campers Faith: Alive.
Jon Brinkman
Construction Project Manager
Jon joined the NLOM team in the Spring of 2024. He has helped to navigate construction as well as projects related to storm clean up and site maintenance.
Tara Knudson Carl, Ph. D.
Director of Operations
Tara leads our Guest Services departments and directs human resource efforts related to the year-round camp staff. She is excited to lead these areas and excels at working with people.
Dani Hatfield
Director of Marketing
Dani works to ensure that creativity comes in all camp marketing aspects. From The Branch, our newsletter, to all of the fun t-shirts, camp store items, and more, the Marketing team is allowed to shine and show Faith: Alive with Dani's leadership.
Jacob Spilker
Director of Development
As Director of Development, Jacob has lead the Development team for a year. In this short amount of time, his team has grown and allowed for camp to be Faith: Alive for campers at both Carol Joy Holling and Sullivan Hills.
