Sullivan Hills Program Specialist

Do you have a passion for adventure, faith, and creating life-changing experiences? Sullivan Hills Camp is calling you! If you’re ready to wear a dozen hats (sometimes literally), inspire young hearts, and help shape the future of outdoor ministry, we want YOU on our team.
This isn’t your average 9-to-5! As the Sullivan Hills Program Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in planning and running summer camp programs—faith formation, fun, and unforgettable moments are the name of the game; create an environment where campers and staff thrive; plan retreats that keep the campfire spirit alive year-round for youth and families; and promote camp like it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread (because it is).
This year-round position is full-time (40 hours per week) during the months of June and July, with on-call flexibility the rest of the year.

Summer Ministry Team
NLOM’s Summer Ministry Team is comprised of young leaders who are at the heart of making summer camp run. Members of this team obtain skills that are transferable to multiple careers, gain a supportive community and network, and make a real difference to the youth and families they serve at camp. And, let’s be honest, it’s tons of fun working at camp!
Summer Ministry Team members have strengths in leadership, communication, hospitality, and teamwork. Being a member of our summer staff is not easy; it’s a lot of hard work. Sullivan Hills Camp Cook

Do you love the sizzle of a skillet, the joy of feeding hungry kids, and the satisfaction of a tidy kitchen? Sullivan Hills Camp is looking for a Cook to join our team this summer and help make mealtimes unforgettable!
Your delicious creations will fuel campers and counselors for epic days of adventures. We’re all about fun and fellowship—whistle while you work, laugh the day away, and enjoy a positive, supportive environment.
This full-time, seasonal position runs Sunday supper through Thursday supper (40 hours per week) during the months of June and July. On-site housing is available, if needed.
